Thank you for considering us for your special day! Some important information when booking is that availability for your date is first come first serve. You are NOT booked until payment or a deposit is made. Please note that your quote is only good for 48 hours as availability is always changing. Please be advised that if your event is less than 30 days from the booking day, full payment is required. A half deposit may be requested, but is not always a guarantee. Available methods of payment are Venmo (@clarkeconfections), cash app $clarkeconfections, PayPal.me/clarkeconfections, and Zelle or Apple Pay to the number 951-240-2943.
At this time, we are not a store front and walk-ins are not available. The address listed is a P.O. Box, as we are a fully licensed Cottage food operation approved & inspected by the Riverside County Health Department , permit #PR79189.
We do not have a specific xx of days required in advance to place an order, but we are typically booked up to 30+ days out, so there is never a time *too soon* to get those orders in! A rush fee of $25 will be applied if booking in the same week.
Cake tastings with up to 3 flavors/fillings are available for $25, and comes in the form of cupcakes. If the tasting is for a wedding order, if you choose to book with us, the cost of the tasting will be deducted from your final total.
Be advised that at this time, we are unable to accommodate orders with any kind of allergy as all of our bakes are prepared in the same kitchen (this includes any type of nut, spice, fruit, etc.) However, we are able to substitute a gluten free flour and/or any type of vegan or dairy alternative for an additional charge of +$15.
Deliveries within 10 miles are included in your final total, anywhere outside of that zone will be assessed when booking. Delivery times will range between 8am-1pm, and will be set up prior to your delivery. Weddings/Venue deliveries will work around your event time as long as you provide that information as soon as possible after booking.
